In the TV series Matador, Feddet is the name of a lovely holiday home area - and therefore Feddet is also a suitable name for this beautiful 14-person holiday home, which is located on Balka, which is Bornholm's most sought-after holiday home area. Feddet is a large and luxurious holiday home that is furnished as a hunting lodge in farmhouse style with three wings. Indoors there is plenty of space and a large activity room with, among other things, billiards. The outdoor areas offer a lovely garden, beautiful covered terrace with dining area and lounge area, large parking space and a cozy cobbled courtyard. When you spend your holiday at Feddet, you live only 500 meters from Balka Beach, which is a very child-friendly sandy beach with silky soft sand and shallow water depth. Feddet is a unique holiday home in a quality class, which is not normally rented out.
 
Feddet - interior description: 
The farmhouse is furnished with two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, toilet and underfloor heating, and a large kitchen in open connection with the living room. The kitchen is well equipped and consists of, among other things, a ceramic stove, Swedish wood-fired stove, refrigerator, large freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and electric kettle. In the living room there is a dining area, wood-burning stove, sofa corner with TV and access to a beautiful covered terrace. On the covered terrace there is patio furniture, lounge furniture, outdoor utility room and barbecue area. From the covered terrace you have a view of the cozy garden with many trees and shrubs. The bedroom wing is furnished with four separate bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, toilet and underfloor heating. In the third wing there is a large banquet hall and activity room. The banquet hall is furnished with a dining area, a nice bar and a cozy sofa corner. The activity room offers, among other things, billiards, table football and darts. The annex, which is located 40 metres from the farmhouse, sleeps two. The three wings surround a beautiful and sunny courtyard with patio furniture. In addition, there is a large parking lot on the plot with space for many cars.

* Number of bedrooms: In the farmhouse you will find two bedrooms with two single beds in each (sleeps 4 in total). In the bedroom wing there are four separate bedrooms: Two rooms with two single beds in each, and two rooms with a double bed in each (8 beds in total). In addition, there is an annex 40 meters from the farmhouse with two single beds (sleeps 2 in total). 
* Number of bathrooms: One bathroom in the farmhouse and two bathrooms in the bedroom wing. All with shower, toilet and underfloor heating.
* Terrace: Yes, there is a large covered terrace, and a beautiful patio. Both with garden furniture.  
* Barbecue: Barbecue is available at the covered terrace.
* Appliances: Ceramic stove, Swedish wood-fired stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and 300 litre freezer.
* Washing facilities: Yes, Feddet has a washing machine, so you can wash your clothes for free.

* Arrival day: In the period 10 June - 12 August, Monday is the arrival/departure day. In other periods, you are generally free to choose the day of arrival of the week. In some periods, however, there may be restrictions on the choice of arrival day due to the other bookings at Feddet. Outside the period 10 June - 12 August, you generally do not need to rent for whole weeks, so that you can also take mini-breaks of 3-5 nights. This gives you the opportunity to put together the holiday completely according to your choice, just as you can choose to travel on the cheapest ferry days. The cheapest ferry days are usually Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
* Arrival and departure time: You can enter the cottage from 16:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the cottage no later than 10:00 so that we can have the cottage cleaned for the next guests.
* Cleaning and water and electricity consumption: Both cleaning on arrival and departure as well as water and electricity consumption are included in your rental price.
