Casa Blanca welcomes you with beautiful holiday apartments and a beautiful location in the heart of Gudhjem, one of Bornholm's most sought-after holiday towns. Here you live close to Gudhjem's many small shops, cafés, the harbour, the sea and the cliffs - and yet in quiet surroundings. In the lovely courtyard you can enjoy the swimming pool (open from 15 May to 15 September), which also has a children's section with a shallow depth.
 
If you are a larger family, Casa Blanca is the ideal place for you, as you can enjoy yourself together - but still have your own holiday home.
 
For more than 125 years, Casa Blanca has been one of Gudhjem's favorite vacation spots. As early as 1897, widowed Mrs. Sofie Rasmussen opened a guest house at the address, and with the beautiful location, the place quickly became popular. In 1918, Johan Koch took over the guest house, which he shortly afterwards whitewashed. A white house was very atypical in Gudhjem over 100 years ago, when almost all houses were yellow or red – and therefore the guest house became known by the name Casa Blanca, which is how the resort has now been called for over 100 years. Since then, Casa Blanca has been renovated many times – most recently in 2023, when the swimming pool area was completely renovated.
 
Legend has it that Gudhjem is made of the same fabric as dreams – because the city has a very special atmosphere. Gudhjem is built down a rocky slope, and there is a wonderful southern atmosphere in the small, crooked streets. Enjoy a cup of coffee at a café by the harbor or take a swim from the rocks. You can also continue along the coastal path to the beautiful sandy beach at Melsted.
