Ground floor: Entrance with stairs to the 1st floor. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Large combined kitchen, dining area and living room with wood-burning stove and access to terrace and garden. Pull-out sofa-beds in the living room sleeps 3.
First floor: Bathroom with toilet and bathtub. Three bedrooms: One room with two single beds, one room with one single bed and one double bed (140x200 cm) and one bedroom with one single bed and one double bed (180x200 cm).
Outdoor areas: Private garden with garden furniture. Access to swimming pool (located just 10 meters from Postgadehuset).

• Number of square meters and level: 149 m2 on two levels (ground floor + 1st floor).
• Number of bedrooms: Three bedrooms: One room with two single beds, one room with one single bed and one double bed (140x200 cm) and one bedroom with one single bed and one double bed (180x200 cm). In addition, there are two sofa beds in the living room with space for 3–4 people.
• Number of bathrooms: Two, one on the ground floor with shower and toilet, and one on the 1st floor with bathtub and toilet. 
• Appliances: Stove, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
• Internet: Yes, there is wireless internet in the house.
• Kitchen equipment: The kitchen is well equipped with kitchenware, electric kettle and coffee maker. 
• TV: There is a TV in the living room.
• Garden: The house has a cosy, private garden with roses, a clothesline, and a terrace with outdoor furniture and a parasol.
• Common areas: You have access to Østersøens Ferielejligheder's common area, which includes a swimming pool and a sunny courtyard environment.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed in this holiday home.
• Distance to the sea: 60 meters as the crow flies.
• Distance to beach: 900 meters.
• Distance to shopping: 250 meters (Dagli'Brugsen in Svaneke).
• Arrival day: In the period 29 June - 9 August, Sunday is the arrival/departure day. In other periods, you are generally free to choose the day of arrival of the week. In some periods, however, there may be restrictions on the choice of arrival day due to the other bookings at the Østersøens Ferielejligheder. As a rule, you do not need to rent for whole weeks. This allows you to put together your holiday completely according to your choice, just as you can choose to travel on the cheapest ferry days. The cheapest ferry days are usually Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
• Cleaning and water and electricity consumption: Both cleaning on arrival and departure as well as water and electricity consumption are included in your rental price.
• Smoking: Smoking is not allowed both indoors and outdoors.
