As the name indicates, the apartments are housed in Svaneke's former sawmill. On the outside, the beautiful building has been preserved - for example, the old crane still stands in front of the building and bears witness to a time when giant circular saws converted large logs into timber. Now there is peace and idyll instead. Inside, the entire sawmill has been completely rebuilt, and the apartments have been designed by interior designer Lone Barslund.
 
Svaneke Savværk is beautifully located in Svaneke with only 400 meters to Svaneke Torv with shops, restaurants and a cozy market life. Also try walking via the field path to Svaneke's old town. The vineyards start 150 meters from Svaneke Savværk. In front of you sits Svaneke's red church and shows the way. Enjoy the scent of the flowers and the beautiful sea view along the way. At the church, you can turn towards the square or to Svaneke Harbour, where yachts and local fishermen create a lovely atmosphere.
