Hasle Feriepark is beautifully located in the charming fishing village of Hasle on the west coast of Bornholm. You stay in an idyllic beech forest close to a lovely sandy beach, which is one of Bornholm's hidden gems.
The holiday park's swimming pool (heated 15/5 - 15/9) and children's pool (heated 15/5 - 31/8) are ready for water play (water temperature varies depending on air temperature). The pool is heated with solar cells, so if the sun is shining, the opening period can be extended. You should also try the fun multi-arena with football/basketball court, hockey court and beach volleyball. For both children and the childish at heart, there is also a mini golf course, a large playground and a bouncy castle.
Take a nice walk in the woods and remember the picnic basket. Walk 400 meters along the forest paths and you will come to one of Bornholm's best sandy beaches. The area around Hasle Feriepark is ideal for running and cycling. The cycle paths start just 100 metres from the holiday park, and in the forest there are good mountain bike routes. Of course, you can rent bicycles at the reception. Don't forget to enjoy the beautiful sunset on an evening stroll along the beach while feeling the presence of history. The sand dunes along the Hasle coast were formed approximately 170 million years ago, when the Saurpods ruled over Bornholm. The Saurpods were dinosaurs, and with a length of up to 40 meters, they were the largest animals that ever lived on Earth. You have a good chance of finding fossils from the past here. On the beach in front of Hasle Feriepark, for example, a fossilized footprint from a small Sauropod has been found – however, it was "only" 20 meters long.
